1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

At HUIIKE, we stand firmly behind the premium engineering and build quality of our inflatable Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUPs). We are proud to provide a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of original purchase to ensure you adventure with complete peace of mind.

SECTION 1 - WHAT IS COVERED?
This warranty covers any factory defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship. This includes:
• Seam failures, abnormal air leakage, or delamination of the paddle board hull.
• Manufacturing defects related to factory-installed D-rings, fin boxes, and carry handles.
• Major operational defects of bundled premium accessories (including the inflation pump, structural paddle, and travel backpack) within the first 6 months.

SECTION 2 - WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scuffs, fading, or discoloration due to extended UV sun exposure.
• Accidents, commercial rental use, modification, punctures from sharp objects, or dragging the board over rocks/coral.
• Over-inflation beyond the maximum recommended PSI (15 PSI), or improper long-term storage in damp, sealed environments.
• Damages occurred while the board is being towed by motorized watercraft.

SECTION 3 - HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
If you encounter a suspected manufacturing issue, please contact our global support hub directly via support@huiike.store with the following validation details:
1. Your original Order Number or purchase receipt from huiike.store.
2. High-resolution photos or video footage clearly showing the defective area or air leakage.
Upon verification, our team will either provide free repair materials, dispatch replacement accessories, or issue a completely new paddle board depending on the severity of the claim.
