Q1: What is the recommended inflation pressure (PSI) for HUIIKE paddle boards?
A: We recommend inflating your HUIIKE paddle board to 12-15 PSI for optimal rigidity and performance. Do not exceed 15 PSI. In extremely hot weather, air expands, so we recommend maintaining it around 12-13 PSI if the board sits in direct sunlight on land for extended periods.
Q2: Can I bring my dog or pet on the HUIIKE paddle board?
A: Absolutely! All HUIIKE paddle boards are engineered with military-grade, double-layered PVC drop-stitch technology. This commercial-grade material is highly resistant to dog claws and scratches. We highly recommend placing a towel or using a life jacket for your pet for added traction and safety.
Q3: How should I clean and store my paddle board after use?
A: After paddling in saltwater, rinse the board thoroughly with fresh water and wipe away any sand or debris. Allow the board to dry completely in the shade before deflating and packing it into the travel backpack. Store the board in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Never store a wet or damp board, as this can cause mold and weaken the seams.

A: Yes! Every HUIIKE package is a complete starter kit. It includes: the premium inflatable paddle board, a double-action high-pressure hand pump, an adjustable 3-piece aluminum paddle, a safety ankle leash, a removable center fin, a heavy-duty travel backpack, and an emergency repair kit.
Q5: My package arrived, but the outer shipping box is damaged. What should I do?
A: Because paddle boards are large and heavy items, outer boxes can sometimes experience wear during transit. If the inner products and accessories are intact, the board is perfectly fine to use. However, if the board or accessories are punctured or damaged, please take clear photos immediately and contact us at support@huiike.store within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a courier claim and dispatch a replacement.
