We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence. You may not use our premium inflatable paddle boards for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any local maritime or safety regulations while utilizing our gear.

SECTION 2 - PRICING & PRODUCT ADJUSTMENTS
Prices for our premium paddle boards and accessories are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any product specifications) without prior notification. We shall not be held liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price modification, suspension, or discontinuance of product sales.

SECTION 3 - MANDATORY WATER SPORTS SAFETY WARNING & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
* WATER SPORTS LIABILITY EXEMPTION: Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is an outdoor sport that carries inherent risks of personal injury, property damage, or drowning. By purchasing and utilizing HUIIKE equipment, the buyer explicitly acknowledges, appreciates, and assumes all risks associated with open-water activities. 

Users are strictly required to adhere to standard safety protocols, including but not limited to:
1. Always wearing a Coast Guard-approved Personal Flotation Device (PFD / Life Jacket).
2. Securing the safety ankle leash at all times to prevent board separation.
3. Never operating the paddle board under the influence of alcohol, medication, or drugs.
4. Constantly monitoring weather conditions, wind speeds, currents, and tides before entering open water.

HUIIKE, its directors, officers, and manufacturers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, personal injury, physical harm, or wrongful death resulting from the usage, navigation, inflation, or misuse of our paddle boards and accessories.
