SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed, quality-inspected, and securely packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after successful payment verification. You will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your official carrier tracking link once your package departs from our fulfillment center.

Due to the substantial size and weight of premium inflatable paddle boards, we partner with reliable express networks (including FedEx, UPS, and DHL) to provide secure transit:

• Europe (Major Countries): 7 - 12 Business Days

SECTION 3 - CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES, AND TAXES
Please note that HUIIKE does not clear or assume responsibility for local import duties, customs clearance tariffs, or VAT enforced by the government of the destination country. Any fees assessed by local customs during or upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SECTION 4 - TRANSIT DAMAGE & BOX INSPECTION
Our paddle boards are packed in heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated boxes. Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect the exterior box before signing. If you notice severe damage, puncture, or crushing, please capture high-resolution photos immediately and contact our dedicated support team via support@huiike.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will open an urgent claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement for you.
