We want you to love your HUIIKE gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair 30-day return policy. Your safety and satisfaction are our primary goals.
SECTION 1 - STRICT ELIGIBILITY FOR PADDLE BOARD RETURNS
Due to strict maritime safety and product sanitation standards, inflatable Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUPs) must meet the following mandatory criteria to be accepted for a return:
1. The paddle board must be entirely UNUSED, UNINFLATED, and NEVER BEEN IN THE WATER.
2. The board must remain in its original factory packaging without scuffs, dirt, or alterations.
3. All original bundled accessories must be present inside the box: double-action hand pump, adjustable aluminum paddle, safety leash, removable center fin, travel backpack, and instruction manual.
* IMPORTANT NOTICE: Any product returned showing signs of inflation, water stains, beach sand, or outdoor usage will be strictly rejected by our warehouse inspection team and sent back at the buyer's expense, or subject to a mandatory 30% restocking fee.
SECTION 2 - THE RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Email our support team at support@huiike.com with your original Order Number and clear photos showing the current condition of the unopened box and product.
2. Once verified, our team will issue an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with our localized warehouse return address (e.g., US/EU local hub).
3. Clearly write the RMA number on the shipping label. Please Note: Returns sent back directly to the manufacturer or without an official RMA number will be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.
SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT COST RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Factory Defect / Incorrect Fulfillment: If the paddle board arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect (e.g., seam failure upon arrival) or you received the wrong model, HUIIKE covers 100% of the return freight. Visual photo or video proof must be submitted for review.
β’ Buyerβs Remorse: If you change your mind, chose the wrong size/color, or simply do not want the board anymore, the customer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Because paddle boards are high-volume, heavy items, return shipping fees can be expensive. We highly recommend utilizing a fully trackable service with shipping insurance, as HUIIKE is not liable for packages lost by the carrier during return transit.
SECTION 4 - REFUND EXPEDITION
Upon receipt and safety inspection at our localized facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund for the product price will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
